Hi, I'm Caroline Tan!
I'm a Sleep Sense Certified Consultant and IPSP Certified Potty Consultant, with a background in early childhood education and scientific research.
Now, as a mom 2, and my own journey into baby sleep started when my firstborn's sleep became incredibly challenging at around 4 months. I know firsthand how tricky bedtime can be. I have been through the sleepless nights and the struggles with routines.
So Iβm here to offer real, practical advice from someone whoβs been in your shoes. Today, I support families through evidence based, age appropriate sleep guidance that prioritises safe sleep while respecting each family's needs and values.
βThe workshop was incredibly insightful and engaging! Caroline was warm, kind, and made the session so interactive. Walked away feeling empowered and supported.β β Pei Ying, a mum of 2.
βI learned so much about baby sleep, especially around sleep hygiene and whatβs actually safe (vs. all the conflicting advice out there!). The information was practical, evidence based, and delivered in a relatable way.β β Jia Ven,
lactation consultant and a mum of 3
